Narragansett Property Management is a new approach to student, summer and beach housing. Our goal is not just to rent you a beautiful home for your summer vacation or your academic year but to assure your stay is at a reasonable price and is a rewarding experience. To those ends we feel that our task is only beginning with the signing of a lease.

We provide 24/7 maintenance service whenever you experience a problem with the house. We provide free emergency services such as starting dead batteries or responding to road accidents. We stay in constant contact with the owners and immediately bring your issues to them if we cannot resolve them for you. We encourage student families to be in touch with us with any concerns or questions about your student's life off campus.

Out of propane? We will have a tank to you in minutes. Need some equipment for the beach? We have boogie boards, and pails and shovels galore to loan you. Tennis equipment, basketballs- just ask! We are here for you.

Narragansett Property Management has rental properties available for summer 2013 and for the 2012/13 and 2013/14 academic years.
